About Bank Of The Orient
Bank of the Orient has deep roots in the Bay Area Community.
With the mission of serving small businesses and the individuals living and working in vibrant local communities, Bank of the Orient was founded by Ernest L. Go, member of a multi-generation international banking family. Bank of the Orient, the first Asian-American owned bank launched in California since World War II, opened its headquarters to the public in 1971 in the heart of the San Francisco financial district.
