About Bank Of The Orient
“Service Strengthened by Tradition”
In 1971, Bank of the Orient opened its headquarters to the public in the heart of San Francisco’s financial district to serve the personal and business needs of the Asian-American community. The early days helped set the precedent for Bank of the Orient’s tradition of highly personalized service and commitment to its customers. Today, the bank has grown to more than $580 million, with branches located in the San Francisco Bay Area, Honolulu, and People’s Republic of China.
“Your success is our success”
What sets Bank of the Orient apart from its competitors? The time our staff spends with customers to provide product and service information, as well as business and personal financial advice. For over 46 years, our priority has been to meet our customers’ individual needs, rather than providing the “off-the-shelf” service found in other banks. Our attitude is “Your success is our success”.
“Building Relationship through Trust”
Bank of the Orient has a tradition of staff continuity that makes us truly unique. Because we’ve been under independent, hands-on management since our inception, the sense of loyalty among our staff has resulted in unusually strong customer relationships. This level of commitment, combined with flexible solutions, has earned us an unusually high degree of trust from our clients. For these reasons, Bank of the Orient prides itself on being a relationship bank.
