Dear Bank of the Orient Customer,
Amid ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the health and safety of our customers and employees are top of mind. We have served our clients for the past 48 years, and want to share with you how we will continue to serve you both safely and effectively. We are monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and federal, state and local agencies to help ensure the actions we’re taking are in line with the latest CDC recommendations and guidance. We are communicating regularly with our employees to keep them informed and to ensure their safety and that of our customers. We have taken necessary steps to ensure that we can continue to serve your banking needs safely and effectively. At this time, some branches are open on temporary hours:
Honolulu, Hawaii the Bishop Branch is open:
MONDAY – FRIDAY: 9:00AM – 4:00PM
Sunset Branch and Millbrae Branch is closed on Saturday.
*All other branches are open on regular hours
As precautionary steps, we are using hand sanitizer in our branches for use by both employees and customers, and we are conducting enhanced cleaning on high touch surfaces as needed. We continue to educate Branch teams on best practices recommended by the CDC.
