Bank of the Orient debit cards have chip technology. The embedded computer chip provides more security and wider international acceptance.
A microchip embedded in the card adds a layer of protection against fraud for purchases made at the point of sale. Information programmed into the chip is personalized for your account and each transaction generates a unique code, adding an extra safeguard against unauthorized use and counterfeiting.

Traveling to a Foreign Country
Before leaving on your trip, tell us when and where you’re traveling, as well as the Bank of the Orient debt card you’ll be taking with you so that we can monitor your account appropriately. Contact us by calling the Customer Service Center at 1-800-881-2686 (Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (PST) and Saturdays, 9:00am to 3:00pm (PST) .

If you need to report a lost or stolen card, please call our Customer Service Center at (800) 881-2686 (Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (PST) and Saturdays, 9:00am to 3:00pm (PST) or visit one of our branch locations during regular business hours.
