Online Banking FAQ - System Upgrade

We're getting ready to launch your new digital banking experience.

Here's what you need to know before the system upgrades to ensure a smooth transition.

Important Date:

Online & Mobile Banking will be available starting December 8, 2025

 

Business Customers

1. How do I log in for the first time?

Your login instructions were sent to you on November 21, 2025, by onlinebankingsupport@bankorient.com with the subject line “Important Information About Your Upcoming Online & Mobile Banking Upgrade”. Please check your inbox and follow the steps in the message.


2. Do I need to update my mobile app?

Yes. Please update your app to access the upgraded business online banking system.

  • Apple iPhone: App Store → search BankOrient
  • Android: Google Play → search BankOrient

3. What changes should I expect?

  • New Token/Soft Token required starting 12/8/2025
  • Mobile Deposit limits will reset to $5,000.
  • Remote Deposit Capture (RDC): New link/software available 12/15/2025
  • Positive Pay: New check issue template available by 12/8/2025
  • Statements - to obtain statements dated prior to Dec 8 please call our customer service center.
    • Historic statements are available in our current system until Dec 5.
  • Bill Pay - must be re-enrolled on 12/8/25
