Online Banking FAQ - System Upgrade

We're getting ready to launch your new digital banking experience.

Here's what you need to know before the system upgrades to ensure a smooth transition.

Important Date:

1. How do I log in for the first time?

Your login instructions were sent to you on November 21, 2025, by onlinebankingsupport@bankorient.com with the subject line
“Important Information About Your Upcoming Online & Mobile Banking Upgrade”.
Please check your inbox and follow the steps in the message.

2. Do I need to update my mobile app?

Yes. Please update your app on December 8 to access the new system. This update will replace your current app.

• Apple iPhone: Open the App Store → search BankOrient
• Android: Open Google Play → search BankOrient

3. What is the new Mobile Deposit limit?

The new Mobile Deposit limit is $5,000 per customer.

4. What should I know about Bill Pay?

Your existing Bill Pay information will automatically transfer to the new system.
No re-enrollment is required.
Bill Pay Availability:
Unavailable: December 1-7, 2025
Resumes: December 8, 2025

5. Do I need to re-enroll for Zelle®?

Yes. You will need to re-enroll to continue using Zelle® after the upgrade.

6. Statements

To obtain statements dated prior to December 8, please call our Customer Service Center.
Historic statements are available in our current system until December 5.
